We have the ability and capacity to initiate the recruitment process prior from your departure from the UK and being expats ourselves, we can offer practical, professional advice on the relocation process. Once a year we also run a recruitment drive in London so that you can meet us in person and get the ball rolling from your home. Otherwise, with today’s technology we are also always just a phone call, Skype or FaceTime away from connecting you with your future!

It is our goal to ensure that you have either a role secured or interviews arranged for your arrival whatever you choose. In addition, we offer advice on relocation matters including visas, salaries, superannuation (pension scheme), where to live, moving your belongings, setting up bank accounts and schooling, etc. At Barton Mills, we pride ourselves on our consultative approach and personal experience to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
