Refer a Friend

For recommending a friend to us, Barton Mills like to say thank you by way of a Westfield EFTPOS voucher (redeemable anywhere, not just Westfield). We pride ourselves on offering sound career advice, so you can feel confident that your friend will be in good hands. We offer $500 for trainees and $1000 for experienced recruitment consultants.

A successful referral is, someone;

•  Who is not already in communication with Barton Mills
•  Who is successfully placed by Barton Mills and passes the specified probationary period (see terms and conditions below)

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the Westfield EFTPOS vouchers (“the Fee”) the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. The candidate referred by the Referrer (“Candidate”) must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Barton Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd
2. The Candidate must pass their probation period
3. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Barton Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd is not liable to pay the Fee
4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in your annual income tax return and we recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of an appropriate taxation specialist
5. Employees of Barton Mills Recruitment and their immediate relatives (including, but is not limited to, spouse, de-facto spouse, partner, child, parent, step-parent, step-child, grand parent, step-grand parent) are ineligible
6. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Barton Mill’s database, then Barton Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd is not liable to pay the fee
