We have a dedicated Consultant who runs our Early Careers process – Pippa Dunn. Through networking, referrals, advertising and social media’, we are invite top B2B sales talent through our early careers assessment. This is a comprehensive process which earmarks top sales talent with transferable skills. Potential candidates go through a two stage interview process including a comprehensive behavioural interview and a sales based psych test. We then take a minimum of 2 references and bench mark them against top talent in the industry. Only the most driven and ambitious get through!
