BMR Agency

We have successfully been placing recruitment consultants nationally since 2004. To date, we have recruited over two thousand consultants into roles these have been at both a local and global capacity. Our long-standing client relationships facilitate an impressive reach, meaning we can offer access to many specialist sectors, a wide geographical area and everything from a start up boutique to a multinational.  For candidates, we are a brand that is trusted and renowned for offering solid advice and consulting services.

Having carved a name for ourselves in the industry 80% of our work come through referrals. All of our Consultants specialise in industry sectors – these are sectors where they have experience themselves.  On average, our consultants have between 3-10 years’ experience of agency recruitment themselves.

Our Agency Recruitment Service focuses on permanent full time or permanent part time opportunities.  Our expertise lies in placing recruitment professionals from resourcers to consultant right up to MD level roles.  We understand the importance of knowing a market inside out which is why each of our consultants specialise in their own niche industry that way we are able to provide up to date insight knowledge on the market and will always know where the best opportunities lie.

BMR Early Careers

At BMR we are passionate about identifying and introducing new talent to the recruitment industry.   Our aim is to ensure the future of recruitment in Australia and this, in our opinion, can only be done by attracting new talent to our industry.  Specifically, we are always looking for individuals with B2B sales experience and hoping to entice them over to recruitment.  The candidates that BMR Early Careers find are the future of our industry.  This service, we hope, will go in some way to improving the skills shortage situation in recruitment, which is currently at an all-time high.

All agencies are in hiring mode and few are achieving their hiring goals.  Struggling to find local, experienced recruitment talent…  Perhaps you should consider training?  There are many benefits to investing in a hungry, motivated, driven sales person and teaching them the art of recruitment:

Our Process:

We have a dedicated Consultant who runs our Early Careers process – Pippa Dunn.  Through networking, referrals, advertising and social media’, we are invite top B2B sales talent through our early careers assessment.  This is a comprehensive process which earmarks top sales talent with transferable skills.  Potential candidates go through a two stage interview process including a comprehensive behavioural interview and a sales based psych test. We then take a minimum of 2 references and bench mark them against top talent in the industry.  Only the most driven and ambitious get through!
