Looking to be the go-to recruiter across the DevOps, Cloud & SRE market?

Realistically an experienced 360 IT recruiter will walk into a $150-200k ‘head start’ with 15+ jobs called in last year across 10+ PSA accounts.
This work hasn't been chased, it's come through organically. A lot more can be done with a recruiter that knows how to chase business across new and existing clients.
You will own all Cloud, Infra and DevOps hiring nationally. There's no ring fencing, no split desks or too many recruiters in this space already.
What happens if you meet a client and bring through work not in your patch?
It gets rewarded. Earn a 30% clip (minimum!) for bringing on new business - that could be for every deal made within the client for the foreseeable.
