Commission Structure
This role offers one of the most competitive commission structures in the Sydney market, designed to reward performance from day one:
No threshold - earn commission from your first dollar billed
Accelerated tiered structure - up to 40% where the highest achieved bracket applies to all billings within that month
Monthly pay - based on invoice-out, not invoice-paid
e.g.
Billing $50k in a month results in 40% commission on the entire amount - that's$20,000 in commission.
