    The role:

    The directors of this agency excel in business development, combined they have over 40 years of experience and long lasting relationships which they are happy to hand over to their team. This year, they have had exceptional growth across all divisions. 
     
    You will be expected to seek out new business opportunities as well as inherit several key accounts across top tier FS and C&I institutions. 

    To Qualify:
    • Have a proven track reckon and hold the ability to grow and develop accounts 
    • Local recruitment experience (2+ years) or experience within the insurance, finance or business support sector
    • Team player who is genuinely passionate about what you recruit 
    • High care factor for your clients and candidates 
    • Experience in running a temp/contract or perm desk (this agency is not dual) 
    • Polished and professional degree educated

    from $80-$110 + Super based off of previous billings and experience
