    My client, a leading agency who provides recruitment solutions to the pharmaceutical sector with a global reach. Operating out of the UK, Germany, Singapore and now Australia, they have an experienced senior team and are looking to grow from the ground up by hiring trainee recruiters! 

    Overview:

    Established in 2008, this agency has rapidly grown over the last eight years. They have strong relationships with the majority of the top pharmaceutical agencies at a global level. THey have been established in Sydney for close to three years  and are now in full growth mode. They operate out of open plan offices in the heart of the city, have an extremely close knit team who truly backs one and other.

     This agency is currently having to turn work away as they do not have the staff to give all their clients the right management and so they are looking for consultants to come on board to help fill these roles! The successful consultants will inherit several clients to manage but must also have the hunger and drive to build new relations and establish themselves as a successful recruitment consultant with in their own vertical.

    Training:

    This agency will support, mentor and train you to become a successful 360 recruiter. You will undergo a three month training program which will be both on the job as well as external and online training. This will give you the tools and confidence to make it in the industry. You will be taught:
    • Business development - how to approach clients and win new business
    • Candidate management - talent pooling, using linked in, searching for suitable candidates
    • Database management - seeking new business, connecting with new talent
    • Account management - relationship building, client entertaining

     To kick start your career as a trainee recruitment consultant you must:
    • Be degree educated
    • Have 1-2 years corporate sales experience (call center, account management, business development, door to door)
    • Be hungry, polished and driven by results
    • Have a solid understanding of the recruitment process
    • You must have the confidence to speak to candidates and clients of all seniority
    • The willingness to understand your sector inside out
