Originally from Windsor in the UK, Rebecca has been working in the recruitment industry since 2008. After taking the leap and relocating to Sydney in 2014, she joined Barton Mills managing their Healthcare/Medical, Office Support, Education and Real Estate division. Based in Sydney, she specializes in finding the perfect role and culture for both local and overseas recruitment professionals across our wide range of Australian clientele.

I love the fact that everyone is so close knit and passionate about what they are doing. We are an interesting mix of people who all have different interests outside of work which brings a great balance to the team! We do all have one thing in common though, which is that we are all into being healthy and keeping fit – we even all train together on a Wednesday lunchtime! Nothing says team like a sweaty PT session!

I am a real people person and I enjoy meeting new faces and being out and about building relationships.
