    This specialist Accounting & Finance agency has built a reputation for excellence and quality. Recruiting across the spectrum from newly qualified Accountants to CFO’s, this boutique business has grown over the last 10 years to become a brand name and the partner of choice across a broad commercial client base.   There is nothing transactional about this business. The focus is always on relationships, improvement and quality. This approach has led to 60-70% of their mid-level work being exclusive whilst 100% of their exec level $200K + roles are exclusive and/or retained. This is an agency which is passionate about investing in its candidate community. They invest heavily into tailored networking events and training for both clients and candidates.
    The Opportunity:
    To join their growing Exec Search division, focussing on roles in the $200K - $600K realm.  You will report directly to the MD of the business and gradually take over his desk which billed $600K last year, allowing him to step back.  The potential here is huge.  You will benefit from working with exceptionally experienced and high performing consultants, amazing support and training, and inheriting an established exec desk in the accounting space.  Add to this an extensive database, exceptional brand and long-standing clients and its quite honestly one of the best opportunities we have seen in this space in a long time.
    This role could either be a full time or 3-day week part time option.
     To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate:
    • 10 + years permanent recruitment experience with examples of senior placements under your belt.
    • An understanding of the exclusive/retained market and a desire to learn more.
    • Ambition and career focus.
    • Accounting recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential – training can be given.
    • Positive, team focused and mature outlook
    • Polish, strong presentation skills and values.
    • Consultative recruitment style
