This role would suit a lead from the front manager who has a passion for the property space whilst building and growing a team and inspiring new recruiters. You will have strong client facing skills and be an inspirational mentor.
The Business: This is a professional, top-down business, that works with quality clients. You will inherit a high performing small team of 4 in Melbourne with head count approval to add 4 more to the mix this financial year. The support you will receive in this role is 2nd to none. You will report into the Director who will be your mentor in all things operational.

What skills are they looking for?
The CEO wants you to demonstrate a strong track record in training and mentoring alongside operational experience of running a business – setting budgets, running P&L’s etc. However, if you do not have this operational experience, but can demonstrate managing to a top line figure, the view is that the operational skills can be taught.
