    The Company and Opportunity:

    Due to an internal promotion, there is an opportunity to take the reins of the Sydney arm of this specialist IT recruitment and resources augmentation business.  This $55M revenue business has an amazing platform in place and is poised for a period of intense growth.  Do you think you could be the person to take it to the next level and turn it into a $100M business? 

    There is so much for you to work with; PSA’s for over 30 major clients, a solid team of 17, soon to be 20 recruiters, a strong contracting business (80% contract), vast resources in terms of coaching, support and wide reaching internal relationships to leverage from.

    Who do we want to speak with?
    This could be a “step up” or a sideways move.  We are looking for someone who has a “growth mindset” and the capability to take this $55M revenue IT recruitment agency and turn it into a $100M revenue business.

    To understand the complexities of running an agency of such a size, you would need to be able to demonstrate complete responsibility for a business of $20M + revenues.

    Your technology recruitment background will have provided you with solid contacts, in an ideal world, within the Govt, Telco, Commerce space.

    You will have a solid understanding of key account business and contract recruitment.  In addition, an understanding/experience in resource augmentation will be highly regarded.

    In terms of the softer skills, you will be:
    • Incredibly organised, enabling you to get your head around what is a complex business.
    • Able to work to process and systems.
    • Able to work and leverage internal relationships within a large company.
    • Able to demonstrate strong leadership (rather than management) skills.
    • Able to demonstrate total ownership and accountability in your prior roles.
    • You will be proactive and ambitious with bags of energy. You will enjoy driving client engagement and entertaining.
