People and Culture Manager | Autonomous role | Bonus structure rewards program

This is a fun, social and salesy office of 35+ consultants working in a modern, open sales floor alongside Directors who continue to lead from the front. This is a business with a reputation for excellent training and offering state of the art tools and technology to make your job easier.
The business have had their best financial year to date and have recently moved into brand new warehouse style offices. This role has only become available due to the current manager going on mat leave (this is not a mat leave cover, this is a permanent role).
You will be responsible for:
Internal recruitment across this agency
Acting as the ambassador for the company's culture by ensuring its values are upheld and embedded
On-boarding new starters and guaranteeing consultants receive the adequate training
Communication and reporting - oversee all internal communication
Quarterly reporting on the agencies progress against its strategy
Design and deliver strategies to create a high performing culture
What we are looking for?
To thrive in this role you must be autonomous, extremely organised and have high energy that is strong enough to lead and drive this agency's culture
A strong understanding of all thing strategic when it comes to operations, WHS, reporting and development
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
